Assistance and advice for the acquisition of an old mixed-use building (housing and shops).
The building is located in the 1st arrondissement of the city of Lyon and consists of 55 residential units and 3 shops at the foot of the building for a total surface area of approximately 2,300 m².
The advisory assignment consisted in assisting the buyer in defining their strategy for the valuation of the asset. A renovation and restructuring programme was drawn up with the aim of modernising the building complex and creating new housing units with a view to carrying out a lot-by-lot purchase and resale operation.
