Thanks to our considerable experience in the managed residence sector and its main players, Be Real IM has been assisting French and foreign institutional investor clients ever since it was launched in the acquisition and management of managed residences with services specifically for the elderly or students.

Our team has operated successfully for more than 20 years in real estate investment, asset management and the management of investment funds dedicated to this asset class.

In 2006, Be Real IM’s management team launched a residential investment fund which combined both Core and Value-Added strategies. Over the past 10 years, our team has completed the sale of more than 1 000 properties located all over France. Our company is also experienced in complex and high value added purchase and resale transactions in Paris.
