Evry student residence

Acquisition of a student residence under a forward purchase contract.

The asset is located in the municipality of Evry-Courcouronnes and was acquired in January 2020. It was delivered in September 2021. The residence is less than 10 minutes’ walk from the University of Evry-Courcouronnes and a few minutes’ walk from the Evry 2 shopping centre and the Evry-Courcouronnes train station.
This acquisition was the subject of the signature of an off-plan lease (BEFA, Bail en Etat Futur d’Achèvement) for a fixed term of 10 years with one of the French leaders in the student accommodation sector.

This new-generation residence has many common areas and services (cafeteria, fitness room, study room, outdoor areas).

The building is BEE (Bâtiment Energie Environnement) certified.
